All Hallows U13s beaten in final of national cup

All Hallows year 8 boys football team have lost 2-0 in the final of a national cup.

They played Saint Bedes' School from Redditch in the final of the country wide tournament, in which over 600 teams entered.

It was played at Derby's Pride Park Stadium, with a live stream set up for students who can't make the trip up.

It came after the boys beat Queen's School 3-0 in the semi-final.

The team travelled to Derby by coach last night, staying overnight for the best possible preparations.

"This has been my main focus for the last couple of months, just wanting it more than anything." Lee told Eagle ahead of the match.
