WATCH: Surrey Scorchers clinch draw after dramatic last second buzzer shot

Surrey Scorchers earned a draw in their first Play-Off game last night (April 29) after a dramatic last second buzzer shot.

Scorchers led 59-52 in the fourth, but a sharp comeback from Leicester saw them 73-70 up heading into the final moments of the game.

But with literally seconds to go, Gabe McCray's heroics saw the game leveled with a dramatic three on the buzzer.

Ahead of the game, Head Coach Creon Raftopoulos' told Eagle Radio: The players feed of their energy and we know that if we have a loud house, they're good for at least a good 10 plus points for us.

"All we need to do is give it our all and see where we stand after 80 minutes of basketball."

That they certainly did and they'll be hoping for a repeat performance in the second game on Sunday afternoon (April 30).

The draw gives Raftopoulos' side a great chance in the return leg, as the team take on the Play-Offs for the first time in their history.
