Four arrested as £22k in cash and Class A drugs found in Camberley

Four men have been arrested after £22,000 in cash was found along with Class A and Class B drugs. 

Surrey Police stopped a vehicle on London Road in Camberley at around 3pm on 16 April, when it was searched, officers found the cash, drugs and multiple mobile phones. 

The men were arrested on suspicion of money laundering offences and on suspicion of conspiracy to supply Class A and B drugs. 

A 21-year-old man from Basingstoke, a 22-year-old man from Camberley, a 30-year-old man from Basingstoke and a 26-year-old of no fixed address have been released under investigation. 

Other drug offences in Camberley 

A man has been charged with intent to supply Class A and possession of an offensive weapon. 

It is after officers stopped a vehicle on Coelford Bridge Road in Camberley on 13 April at around midday.

The driver, 25-year-old Roland Hereni, of Shackleton Place, Oldbrook, Milton Keynes was found in possession of suspected Class A drugs, cash and a wooden bat.

Hereni has since been remanded.
