Stay at Home: Surrey Police reiterates guidelines ahead of weekend

As the Met Office predicts warmer weather and sunshine today (4 April), people should be aware of the Government's stay at home rules amidst the coronavirus outbreak.

In the second week of lockdown, Surrey police are reiterating the Government's advice for people to stay local and use open spaces as near to their home where possible.

The forecast for today is long sunny spells and highs of around 18 degrees across our area.

Car parks at some of Surrey and Hampshire's beauty spots and country parks have been closed since the Coronavirus lockdown. 

Police have already been out patrolling our area over the past two weeks. 

At Milford Common in Godalming, drivers had moved barriers in order to park their cars.
