Primary school pupil in Sandhurst being tested for coronavirus

A school in Sandhurst has told parents that one of its pupils has a suspected case of coronavirus.

Owlsmoor Primary School said the case had not been confirmed, but added that a test was taking place.

The school says it will remain open as usual.

Parents have been told to expect an update on the situation today (15 March) either by text or on the school website.

In a statement Owlsmoor Primary School said;

"We have been notified that one of our pupils has a suspected (not confirmed) case of Coronavirus.

"The child is currently being tested.

"School remains open.

"We will send a text out and update the post here on Sunday, letting you know the procedure for next week."
