Behind the scenes at Woking's Victoria Square development

Published by Lettie Buxton at 4:06pm 13th March 2020.

A £540 million development in Woking featuring a new sky bar, hotel and two residential towers is on track to open in May 2021.

The Victoria Square project is a joint venture between Woking Borough Council and shopping centre owner and investor, Moyallen Group.

Two residential blocks stand at 32 and 34 storeys, and will be home to 429 apartments which will be available to rent.

A four-star Hilton Hotel with 189 rooms is being built, including a sky bar and restaurant across levels 21 and 22, and a ballroom on level eight.

There will also be a new Marks & Spencer food and clothing store.
