Man banned from Woking town centre indefinitely

 A man who harassed and caused distress to locals has been banned from Woking town centre. 

Neil O'Callaghan, pictured, was issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order by the courts last week. 

It is for an indefinite period and he can be arrested if caught breaching the conditions of it.

The order means he is prohibited from:

1. Behaving in a manner either verbally, physically, or in writing which is likely to cause alarm, harrassment or distress to one or more persons in the Borough of Woking.

2. Entering the area higlighted in red on the attached map at any time, except to use the railway and must be in possession of a valid train ticket dated for that day, and to enter and exit Woking Rail Station by using the Station Approach entrance/exit only.
