Man denies dangerous driving following Woking crash

A man has denied causing GBH and injury by dangerous driving following a crash in Woking.

The incident left a man with serious injuries after it happened along Cherry Street on April 25. 

30-year-old Shadiz Ali, of Hogworth Road, Isleworth was charged in relation to the incident but pleaded not guilty at Staines Magistrates' Court on May 30. 

He will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on 27 June.

Officers have made six other arrests in relation to this investigation.

Four remain on police bail, one has been released under investigation while another has been eliminated from police enquiries. 

Police are still keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or have any information as to what happened on the night in question.
