Fallen tree causing M3 delays

A fallen tree is causing delays on the M3 this morning.

One lane is closed on the Northbound side between Junction 6 and 7.

There is very slow traffic int he area as a result. 

The lane was believed to be closed due to emergency repairs however, it's been confirmed as a fallen tree.
