Man dragged out of car in Ash assault

Shawfield Road Hit and Run

Police are looking for three masked men who dragged a man out of his car in Ash, and then drove off in it.

The victim had parked his car in Shawfield Road around 9.40pm on 27 February, 

A car pulled up behind him and three men got out.

They pulled the victim out of his car, a black Mini Cooper, and assaulted him before driving off in the Mini.

The car was found around 11pm in Wellesley Close, Ash Vale, after being set alight.

The victim was taken to Frimley Park Hospital but despite his ordeal, had only suffered cuts and bruises and was released the following day.

The suspects are described as white, in their late 20s, with their faces covered by masks.

Surrey Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident, or with any other information, to call us straightaway on 101, quoting crime reference number 45180021793.
