Fallen trees blocking roads in Surrey and Hampshire

Road closed

Published by the Eagle Radio News Team at 6:22am 5th January 2018. (Updated at 9:36am 5th January 2018)

There was disruption on the roads in our area this morning - with closures in place because of fallen trees.

The B2130 Hascombe Road in Hascombe near Godalming was partially shut - because of a tree which had came down and fallen power cables.

It was closed between South Munstead Lane and Thorncombe Street.

The tree and cables have now been removed.

The road was reopened before 9am.
