Woking chicken takeaway attack: trial starts today

The trial of two men charged with attempted murder at a Woking takeaway begins this morning.

The suspects - aged 18 and 20 - pleaded not guilty following the incident at Roosters Chicken back in February.

A customer was attacked with a knife at the shop on Chertsey Road and suffered serious injuries on February 24 2017. 

The trial, at Guildford Crown Court, is expected to last two weeks
