Residents in Aldershot were treated to a carol concert at the town's bandstand on Saturday evening.

The event, organised by the Aldershot Churches Together and The Well of Life, featured Christmas carols accompanied by a brass band and gospel choir.

Those in attendance were also treated to free tea, coffee, cakes and mince pies that were donated by members of the local community.

Councillor David Clifford, Leader of Rushmoor Borough Council said: "Huge thanks go again to everyone involved and the local residents who have helped to organise the carol service and bring the whole community together."

The Aldershot Community Christmas Festival is open until 4pm on Christmas Eve. The Festival includes a skating rink, children's rides and festive stalls.
