Popular kids drink recalled over safety risk

Popular kids drink recalled over safety risk

Published at 1:08pm 1st July 2019.

Popular children's drink Fruit Shoot has been recalled over a safety risk.

Robinson says the Apple and Blackcurrant  multi-packs are being looked at as a "precautionary measure".

Britvic PLC say it's because of a small number of reports that the spout within the sports bottle cap might become detached unexpectedly.

The product was sold as multipacks (24 bottles) in Tesco and Costco and as single bottles in McDonald's between 22nd and the 28th June.

PRODUCT DETAILS:

Robinson's Apple and Blackcurrant Fruitshoot

WHAT TO DO:

If you've bought any of the above products, don't drink it!

The advice is to dispose of the product safely and apply for a full refund via the Fruit Shoot Consumer Care line on 0114 223 44 88 or via fruitshoot.com

No other Britvic PLC products are known to be affected.
