Man charged over Fleet crash

A man has been charged following a two vehicle collision in Fleet.

Police received a report shortly before 4pm on Saturday (7 September) of a minor injury collision on Upper Street.

The incident involved a Ford Mondeo and a Lexus, with one of the cars hitting a building and causing structural damage.

Klodian Osmani, 20, of Valeswood Road, Bromley, London, was charged with driving without due care and attention, driving without a license and driving without insurance.

He was also charged with being a driver involved in an accident and failing to report that accident, failing to stop, and failing to provide details.

Officers say he was remanded in custody to appear at Magistrates’ Court today (9 September).
