Teen driver "failed breath test" in Hartley Wintney crash

A teenage driver failed a breath test after crashing off a road in Hartley Wintney overnight. 

Hampshire Fire and Rescue were called to the scene during the early hours on Saturday morning (September 1). 

They confirmed two 18-year-old's had to be freed from the vehicle along Pale Lane, which runs behind Fleet services.

Hartley Wintney Fire Station had assistance from both Fleet and Basingstoke crews at the incident, which happened  at around 2.15am. 

South East Coast Ambulance and Hampshire Police have been contacted for comment.
