Two arrests in M3 fail-to-stop crash

A man is in a "life-threatening condition" after a crash off the M3.

Three men in the same vehicle are also injured after their vehicle went into road works on the northbound exit slip road at junction 5 for Hook.

It happened after the vehicle failed to to stop for police.

A 17-year-old man and an 18-year-old man, both from London, have been arrested on suspicion of burglary and remain in custody.

Another 17 year-old has been de-arrested and remains in hospital, meanwhile a fourth man, aged 18, is also still in hospital.

The slip road was closed all morning but reopened at around 12.30pm.
