Man dead after crash near Fleet Services

A man has died following a crash near Fleet services, in Hartley Wintney.

The 21-year-old from Fleet was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision last night (April 5).

His grey Fiat Bravo reportedly went into a tree at around 9.15pm on Pale Lane, between Fleet Services northbound and Fleet Road.

The driver was the only occupant of the vehicle.

His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.

Hampshire Constabulary says if you were in the area at the time, and saw the car, or the crash itself, to contact them.

They are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have dash cam footage.
