Experienced dog trainer Andy Hardie and Peter Bailey went to see if they could help, finding Toots in the gutter of the roof.

Once a ladder and some pet treats were found Toots was successfully rescued.

The security team were able to track down the owner from posts they had made on Facebook about her going missing, and they were reunited.
