A teenager is in hospital after an assault at the University of Surrey late last night (October 25).

Surrey Police were called to attend The Royal Surrey County Hospital after it happened at around 11pm. 

A 19-year-old man sustained a fractured eye socket, according to Surrey Police's 'Guildford Beat' Twitter account. 

A 21-year-old man from Guildford has been arrested (26 October) on suspicion of grievous bodily harm, an investigation is ongoing.
