  • Medium build

Investigating officer Detective Constable Nick Ring said: “We are currently establishing exactly what happened in this incident and would like to find the man who we believe to be a passer-by to get in touch and help our investigation.

“If this was you, or you have heard about someone you know breaking up a fight please let us know as soon as you can by calling 101 or using report.police.uk and quote the reference number PR/45180022882.

“This happened in an area of town that people on a night out might use to walk home in the early hours of the morning, so if you were also walking along this route by the River Wey and possibly saw this incident, please contact us too.”
