Guildford man charged with fatal A3 crash

A Guildford man has been charged in connection with a fatal crash on the A3 at Tolworth.

It happened during the early hours of Wednesday 22 March, a silver Peugeot overturned after hitting the central reservation.

A woman in her 20s was taken to hospital, but sadly died of her injuries.

Nicholas Tay of Francis Crick Road, Guildford has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing death by driving an uninsured vehicle.

The 25 year-old will appear at Staines Magistrates Court on 17 October.
