General Election 2019: Voters go to the polls across Surrey and North East Hampshire

Voters go to the polls today in the 2019 General Election.

It is the first December election since 1923.

People in Surrey and North East Hampshire will vote for their MP across 14 constituencies. 

Polling stations opened at 7am and close at 10pm tonight.

You do not need your poll card to vote - just give your name and address at your assigned polling station which will be on the polling card sent to you.

The results are expected early tomorrow morning (December 13).
