Huge cannabis factory discovered in Cobham

Two men have been arrested after police discovered a substantial cannabis factory in Cobham.

Officers made the find on the evening of Valentine's Day (14 February) after they received reports of two men trying to break into a house in Fairmile Lane at around 7.45pm.

Two men were located at the address and a search of the property revealed a large number of cannabis plants.

The men, aged 20 and 42 years, were arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and are currently in custody while enquiries remain ongoing.
