Little Freddie back home in Yateley - but unwell

Published at 3:18pm 15th April 2017.

Little Freddie Hunt from Yateley is back home in the UK - after a difficult flight.

The toddler has been in the US for treatment for a brain tumour for a number of weeks.

It has been a rollercoaster of a ride for the entire family who saw Freddie struggle to recover from initial surgery.

He was readmitted to hospital delaying their plans to return home last month.

Mum Abby also tells us he has suffered severe swelling - but now there is good news.

He is home - but it is bittersweet after a difficult flight.

She posted on the Together For Freddie Facebook group today: "News is we've just  landed in Heathrow, exhausted , Freddie hasn't been well at all on plane. Will update later."

Freddie's treatment comes thanks to massive support from the community.

Eagle Radio listeners helped get Freddie to America for treatment as part of Freddie's Friday.
