Eagle Radio’s Community Help is a place where not-for-profit companies and charities can list services that are delivered in a no-contact way and observe the strict guidelines around social distancing. 

It’s also a place for local support groups to let people know what’s available and how to get involved as a volunteer.

Creative Response are delighted to be launching ReConnect their new online and telephone assistance arts service which will support the needs of their vulnerable participants during the ongoing coronavirus crisis.

Family Voice Surrey champions the needs and rights of SEND families in Surrey: families with children or young adults up to the age of 25 who have special educational needs, chronic illnesses, including mental health conditions, or disabilities. We gather and represent the parent carer views in meetings concerning implementation of SEND legislation and planning and delivery of SEND services, working with representatives from the local authority, local schools, and health.

The Farnham COVID-19 Coordinating Group has been formed by the Farnham Maltings and Farnham Town Council. Residents who need help but who do not have friends, family or neighbours to help them should call 01252 745446 or email help@farnhammaltings.com. The lines are open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm and there is a recorded message for assistance outside of these hours.
Anybody who would like to volunteer is asked to email volunteers@farnhammaltings.com and local neighbourhood organisers or community networks are invited to add their details to a database by emailing organisers@farnhammaltings.com.

The Community Helpline set-up by Guildford Borough Council to help residents in need of support during the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Helpline has made over 21,000 calls since its launch on 6 April, to assist vulnerable residents with food parcels, prescriptions and other support, and will now be available six days a week to reflect the Council’s monitoring of demand levels and the government’s changes in guidance for those shielding:
