Alongside this, all interns will be given a rounded view of life in a Commercial Radio Station. Although your main tasks will be with video, you’ll likely be given the opportunity to join in with activity across multiple departments.

Desired Attributes: This internship is about learning, we’re looking for someone with a desire to learn and work within a forward thinking and innovative team. For us, the success of this internship relies not on the quantity or quality of the work produced, but on the depth of understanding gained as a result of working within the team. At the end of the year, we hope to have helped to improve your employability as well as your knowledge of video.

We’re looking for excellent and confident communicators with an interest in technology and videography. Although the intern will be working predominantly with the Full Adobe Creative Suite, training will be provided to get to the levels necessary to assist with professional work, however the most applicable candidates will already be interested in Video Editing Software and Video Cameras and will be willing to teach themselves skills in their own time as well as during office hours. Being a creative person is excellent and exciting, but we'd also like to see applicants display an understanding of the the commercial aspects of the position, proving they aren't phased by the idea of working with paying clients on projects and that they understand the some of the intricacies of the client/producer relationship. Most importantly, the most applicable candidates will be punctual, organised, keen to learn new skills and fascinated by the world of videography.
