The Radio Experience brought to you by 96.4 Eagle Radio (part of the UKRD group) presents The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies To Work For 2010 with the opportunity to experience a truly unique team building day!

Using our brand new studios and the latest technology, in just 3 hours, your team of six colleagues will be transformed into a dynamic broadcasting team who will finish the day hosting their very own live radio show.

Your team will not only learn new skills but also have the opportunity of practicing their essential communication abilities and techniques in challenging live radio broadcast conditions.

During the 3 hour programme, The Radio Experience requires delegates to demonstrate creative thinking, strong communication and naturally, as you’d expect from a course hosted by a radio station, delegates will get to develop their presentation skills. Everyone will leave The Radio Experience understanding the true value of team spirit. And as a reminder of their day, your team will receive souvenir photos, a recording of their show and a special gift from us to you.
